What we do
We provide advice and administrative support with course selection, UCAS applications, student finance applications and Clearing.
What we cannot promise
Admission decisions are made by universities and funding decisions by Student Finance England and the NHS Business Services Authority. We prepare the strongest possible application but we cannot guarantee an outcome.
Fees
The first consultation is free. Any service fee is quoted in writing and agreed before work begins, and it is separate from tuition fees paid to a university.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate documents and information, meet deadlines, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
Refunds and complaints
Refund terms are set out in the written agreement you sign. Complaints are acknowledged within a few working days and answered in writing.
Information accuracy
Student finance rates, UCAS deadlines and funding rules are set by government and by UCAS and change each year. We work to the figures published for the current cycle and point you to the official source for confirmation.
